The Center for Reproductive Law and Policy has information and news for women around the world and a section specifically for the United States

Planned Parenthood, founded by Margaret Sanger, the woman who changed the United States through her efforts to allow women to have birth control, is perhaps the largest reproductive health organization that exists for women. They provide free and low-cost services around the world, along with information on many aspects of sexual health (including diseases), not just abortion.

Zero Population Growth is an activist organization focusing on the international problem of overpopulation and the need for birth control.

NARAL is an activist organization with features such as the Ten Minute Activist and information on how members of the U.S. Congress vote on abortion legislation. They also send out free bumper stickers.

Maryland NARAL has activist events and legislative information for residents of Maryland

Catholics for Free Choice - site is in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. This is an international organization.

CARAL: California Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League promotes choice and has news about recent legislation in the the U.S.

The National Abortion Federation: The Voice of Abortion Providers has information from medical professoinals including fact sheets for pregnant women.

The National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association supports reproductive freedom for all and provides activist alerts.

The National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health is an activist organization working to improve the quality of life of Latinas in the United States.

The Labor of Love has lots of information about pregnancy and child birth, and also includes a section on miscarriage and loss.

Baby Zone is also an informative site about all stages of pregnancy.

Baby Online has information for parents and medical professionals. The site includes quite a few chat rooms about various pregancy issues.

The Association of Radical Midwives is an organization in the U.K. that provides information about midwifery and natural child birth.

The Association of Radical Midwives of America is a discussion list with a web page for midwives, created in honor of the U.K. organization.

Doula Information is a site about doulas and childbirth.

DONA: Doulas of North America is an association that can help you find a certified doula not just in North America, but around the world.

The National Association of Child Bearing Centers: Birth Centers Online provides information about the experience of having a baby in a birthing center.

Pregnancy, Child Birth, and Midwifery Resources has message boards, a chat room and a database of midwives and doulas to help women locate them.

Breast Feeding: Best Bet for Babies is a page that provides tips on breast feeding, and lists of drugs that are safe and not safe while nursing.
