Stop the media's objectification of women's bodies. Protect reproductive freedom and choice. Protest the anti-choice right-wing misogynists.
Take action for women's rights. Get involved in feminist activism. Visit these feminist activist organizations and websites with information on feminism and feminist activism.
Feminism is the radical notion that women are people. Take a stand for women's rights and don't be afraid to call yourself a feminist.
Advocate for empowerment for girls. Be an activist. Make the world a more equal place for girls to grow up. Teach girls to have self esteem and not accept any maltreatment from anyone, anywhere.
Smash patriarchy! Find out about radical feminism and anarchist feminism and activist groups you can get involved with here.
Patriarchy is the root of all evils. Sisterhood is powerful. Work with other women to create change in the world and make this planet a better place with equality for all people. Advocate for empowerment for women and girls. Don't be afraid to call yourself a feminist. Speak your mind. Stand up for yourself.
Don't read sexist magazines! Protest the media's objectification of women's bodies in advertisements, the fashion industry, the beauty product industry, the weight loss industry, and every other place where corporations are making money by making women hate their bodies. Love your body and accept yourself and all people as valuable. Fat is a word used to marginalize people and discriminate against them. Women are constantly bombarded with lies from the media, corporations, and advertisements, that tell us we need to buy products and do things to change our bodies. This is a lie, and more women and girls need to learn to ignore the beauty myth and care about their true selves.
Anti-choice, homophobic, hateful, so-called Christian values are not real family values. Value all families. Value families of every color, gender and sexual orientation.
Be militant each in your own way. Those of you who can express your militancy by going to the House of Commons and refusing to leave without satisfaction, as we did in the early days - do so......
Those of you who can express your militancy by joining us in our anti-Government by-election policy - do so.
Those of you who can break windows - break them.
Those of you who can further attack the secret idol of property, so as to make the Government realize that property is as greatly endangered by women's suffrage as it was by the Chartists of old - do so.
And my last word is to the Government: I incite this meeting to rebellion!....
Take me, if you dare, but if you dare, I tell you this....you will not keep me in prison.

-Emmaline Pankhurst, a militant suffragist,
October 17, 1912 at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England from Feminism: The Essential Historical Writings by Miriam Schneir
We need more money for education and less money wasted on the military. Why is there always money for war and not for education? Find resources here to advocate against war and against militarism and violence. Find resources here on promoting peace, justice, equality and safety for all people. Women are far more likely to be killed in wars as innocent civilians than men are. Women are far more likely to be killed by their intimate partners than men are. Patriarchy, male violence, and men's militias must end.
Put more women into political office! Support female candidates running for office. Vote for a woman running for Congress. We need more women in the House and in the Senate of the United States Congress. A woman's place is not in the kitchen. A woman's place is in the House and the Senate. Women in government will change the world. Nominate, support, and vote for women. Support the political campaigns of female candidates.
Create change in your community. People have the power to change societies and create peace, justice, and equality. Together we can make the world a better place. "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has," said Margaret Mead.
Feminism is for everybody. Find resources on feminist activism, feminist theory, womanism, and women's rights for women around the globe here. Sojourner Truth was a suffragist who fought for the end of slavery and for women to win the right to vote.
Male violence is intolerable, inexcusable, and must end. Men must end their violence against women and children. Men can stop rape. Men must work to stop the epidemic of violence against women, and it is their responsibility to do so. Find resources on violence against women on this site.
Hatred is not a family value. Combat heterosexism. Find lesbian activist resources here and organizations of lesbian feminists in activism. Value all families.
